Functional Skills Maths Level 2 is the practical, real-world maths qualification that so many employers, colleges and apprenticeship providers ask for. It is widely accepted in place of GCSE maths, and it is built around the maths you actually use: money, measurements, percentages, data and problem solving.
If maths has never felt like your subject, that is completely fine. I specialise in helping nervous and returning learners pass Level 2 without the stress. We start from what you already know, fill the gaps patiently, and practise until the exam feels manageable rather than frightening.
How the lessons work

Every lesson is one-to-one and online, so we can focus completely on the topics you find hardest. I keep things down to earth, with plenty of real examples, so the maths makes sense and sticks. As your understanding grows, we move on to full Functional Skills Maths Level 2 past papers so the real assessment feels familiar.
